All content on the PromoTensil website, including logos, text, designs, and graphics, is the property of PromoTensil LLC or its partners. You may not use our content without written permission.

Advertisers retain ownership of their own trademarks and ad designs, but grant PromoTensil a non-exclusive license to print and distribute them on utensils.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PromoTensil provides all services “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that all content is error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability
